Sulfates

Have been taking these ear drops for 3 days now. My tongue is numb, my chest is tight, and it's hard to breath. Feels like I'm impaired. My whole body hurts and this started out as a simple inner and outer ear infection in both ears, start taking these drops and now I feel like my heart and brain is going to explode and my face and body feel numb, on top of all of that my ears have gotten worse!!!! Should I call my doctor or go to the hospital? Please help! ## Go to the hospital. DOES THIS DRUG CON TAIN ANY AC INHIBITERS?AS I AM ALERGIC TO ACE & ARB INHIBITERS ## No, ACE inhibitors and ARBs are most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. The Dr. has currently changed my pain medication to Hydroco/Acetamin 10-325MG TAB MALLK C which is a generic for NORCO 10-325 TAB. I am very allergic to Sulfa & Sulfate drugs does this have any type of Sulfa or Sulfates in it? I went to a clinic this past wednesday & had a massive ball of wax removed from my right ear & the pain in my right ear has subsided. Now my left ear feels like its full, clogged & hurts on & off since wednesday but 2 doctors in that clinic assured me there's no wax in my left ear BUT that my left middle inner ear has "supposed" fluid in it that needs to dry OUT. So I was prescribed amoxicillin 2x a day for 10 days & prednisone 40mg a day for 4 days ((to dry out my left ear, which steroid makes no sense to dry my ear out anyway??)). Can you use neomycinand polymyxin b sulfates and hydrocortisone otic suspension on an 8 months old ear ## Hello, Shae! How are you and your child? Please do not use anything on such a young child, without their doctor's approval. At that age, it is far too easy to overdose them, or possibly cause damage to their delicate ears and ear drums. It would be best for your child to take them to their pediatrician and have them prescribe the proper medication, if they have an ear infection. The FDA lists the typical side effects of these ear drops as possibly including dizziness, headache, ear stuffiness and drainage. Is there anything else I can help with?

Left ear infection. Instilled 3 drops Neomycin and Polymyxin 8 Sulfates and Hydrocortisone Otic in suspension tonight. I forgot to shake it. Can that hurt my ear? ## Not really, it just means that you may not have gotten the right amount of the active ingredients in those drops. Thus, from now on, you do need to be careful to make sure to shake it, as instructed. Doing that too many times could cause the infection to not be properly eradicated. You should, however, double check this information with your doctor or pharmacist. Is there anything else I can help with?

I have swimmers ear and to make it better i have a bottle of neomycin and polymyxin b sulfates and hydrocortosone otic solution usp. I used it a couple times made my ear feel really clogged and over all just worse. im a 180 pound 21 year old male and a first time user of the abg 60 and im wondering if its too much for first time. ive had the sulfates but that was years ago. I use norco 10mg about once every couple weeks for pain. I usally take 3 norco 10mg at first sign of pain lol so I am versed a lil in the opiates. ## The usual adult dosage schedule for extended release tablets such as ABG 60 (Morphine sulphate extended-release 60 mg - NDC 0591-3513) ranges from 10 mg to 600 mg daily, given in equally divided doses every 8 to 12 hours or given as one dose every 24 hours. Since the dosage gap for extended release tablets is so large, I think it's safe to say that 60mgs still sits on the lower end of the dosage spectrum. I went in with bad ear aches and was obviously told I have ear infections. I was given amoxicillin along with Neomycin and polymyxin b sulfates and hydrocortisone otic solution, usp. It was fine the first two days then the third day and today it burns my right ear very badly. I can't keep it in the 5 min. My left ear still feels no major pain when using. Is this normal?? ## Yes, the FDA does list that as being a possible side effect of this medication, you may also experiencing redness, drainage, and itching. If it is that severe, you might need to consult your doctor about trying a different medication, or sticking with oral antibiotics, it might be that this isn't the right one for you. I was just wondering If talwin has sulfa drug in them ## Do you suffer from a sulfa allergy? If so, what did you react to? After having my ear flushed and examined to make sure its clean, doctor found out i had otitis externa and perscribed me 4 drops at time 4 times a day for 5 days to clear infection of "neomycin-polymyxin b sulfates-hydrocortisone orphlamic suspension, usb" ear drops. well right away when he gave me the first dose, i noticed my ear start to close, and then when it fully rested as far as it could down in my ear, i noticed the clogging wasnt going to go away. now i am sitting here almost 6 hours later and its still completely clogged and hasnt improved at all ## They are a liquid that basically has to fill the ear to reach that outer portion and treat the infection. Has anyone used the new SUPREP kit before a colonoscopy? Would like any comments about taste, ease or side effects.
