Trying to ID a very small, white, long with rounded ends no markings, scored in half. I was in Mexico and I had asked the pharmacist for something to help with anxiety for the airplane ride. It came in a blister pack (pop the pill out packet individually). It did have a name but I forget what it was called, NOT Xanax though. Can anyone help me out? Thanks. ## Hello Kris, Sorry to tell you but since you got the pill from Mexico and they don't have to follow the FDA regulations like we do here in the U.S. there is no way to identify the pill. The reason we require all pills in the United States to have markings is for this exact reason, so we can identify the pills in the event of emergency or if we forget what they are. Since Mexico does not require this there really is no way of tel...

Its a small white pill with a diamond imprinted on one side and nothing on the other. just wondering what it is. ## I found one just like that, did you ever find out what it was? ## I can't find a listing for this in any of our prescription drug resources. However, I do know there is company that makes over the counter products with the diamond logo, which would also explain why it isn't listed. One of their products is a low-dose Aspirin tablet of 81mgs. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? ## T-Gone Remedies, homeopathic aide for tinnitus is a small round white pill with a diamond on it.

sleep pill (for sure) white, round no imprint on either side. about a cm in diameter ## If there is no imprint, it will be difficult to narrow down what this tablet contains. As said in title, a small round white pill with kind of rounded sides with a 2 on one side only and nothing else on either side. No line, no letter, just a 2. It's not flat because of the 2 poofy sides. That's it! Thank you. ## Hi Lin, From what I could gather, a white round pill with a 2 on one side and blank on the other, fits the description of a 2mg Nitrogard (nitroglycerin) tablet. This medication is indicated for use in treating high blood pressure, angina, and a number of other heart related ailments. For verification, I'd encourage you to get in touch with the manufacturer whom at the time was reported to be Forest Labs (also referred to as Forest Pharmaceuticals). i have a small (7/16 diameter) round white pill that has no markings or colorings in it at all. any idea what it could be?? ## In situations like this, where there are no markings on the tablet, it is rather difficult to determine what they contain. They can be ruled out as being a U.S. prescription medication, because they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification. They are most likely an over the counter product and in that case, there are many possibilities. But there is also a chance that it could be a foreign medication. Does anyone have any ideas on this one? ## It could be a melatonin, which is an over the counter sleeping aid.

small white round pill with 44 and 397 underneath ## found this pill that needs identified please ## Small round (5/16 inch diameter) light pink pill with number 44397 on it. No score on back side. Needs identification. Was told it is "baby aspirin". I have reason to believe it is not. ## The baby Aspirin listed with this marking is most commonly sold at Rite Aid, and they list it as being pink. It contains 81mgs of Aspirin, which is used by many people for blood thinning, and heart health. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation, and increased risk of bleeding. I do not, however, have any information on a white one. Can the original poster please double check the imprint and post back?
