The pill is white, round, small, has a slash on one side that looks just like the 1mg R59 ativan, but on the other side it has a 59, then what looks like a D which is at an angle to the 59. ## I just got a refill for my ativan--except that my old bottle had pills with the R59 and my new one has the D59 that joe's talking about. I have a small white round pill with a preforated line on one side and blank on the other side. The pill is not flat, but rather curved on each side and the edges are flat. The size is small. It is supposed to be Citra Tramadol, but nothing tells me that it is. I'm guessing from Mexico. How can I be sure? ## I'm sorry, but the operative word here is Mexico. It's a small white round pill with no markings or lines on it. Completely blank. Almost looks like on one side as if it has something dropped on it. Hard to tell. I looked at it pretty close with glasses and still hard to see. He does consume cannabis but his friends have been known to do other substances so I am concerned. ## @MomofTeen, When you mention that it looks like something may have been dropped on it, are you referring to an indentation or perhaps just the way it's shaped/manufactured? It's actually difficult to say, since they are no markings, I can say that it is most likely an over the counter product, since all prescription tablets in the U.S. must have imprints. However, that does leave it open to a lot of possibilities. It could be a children's medication, something for adults, or even just a supplement. There are many blank, round, white pills among over the counter products. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. found it in my teenage sons pocket in a brown glass bottle ,the pill is 3mm in diam and 2mm thick ,the bottle is 1inch long, what could it be? ## What markings (most pills have numbers and or letters on both sides) are on it and is it scored(does it have a line down the middle?) I have a massive toothache and was looking through my old prescriptions for something for pain. My friend takes 8mg subutex and when he picked up his script today, they weren't the usual white tablet. They were white and the size of a 2mg subutex with an 8 on one side and an arrow on the other. Could his pharmacist have made a big mistake or are these just a different brand?? ## From what I can tell these tablets do contain 8mgs of Buprenorphine, the active ingredient in Subutex.
