Found a small white round pill that has a three dimensional circled P on it so that the P looks raised. That is printed above a 10. Nothing on the other side and no other marks or scoring. A Mysterious Pill! Recently, indulging in a bit of retail therapy I wandered into a second hand clothing and accessory store. After browsing for a bit I came across a pre-loved brown satchel type bag that I just had to have. On the bus ride home I was inspecting its many compartments, including the built in wallet section at the back. It was inside there that I found a small white round pill nestling in the zip up place to put coins in. After finding unexpectedly I am curious to learn what kind of medication it might be. So any help that anyone could give me would be appreciated greatly!! It is white- round in shape-measures just under 1cm across the middle. On the first side it has one straight scoreline vertically down the middle. And on the other it has the word Sigma printed horizon...

I just moved from Massachusetts to Maryland to care for my 77 yr old mom and 80 yr old dad. I found the above described pill in the bottom of my mom's medication lock box and I'm not certain what medication it is. I do know that the pharmacy they use often purchases whatever manufacturer has the lowest price which I don't mind. But, I would really appreciate it if the pharmacy owner would have a written description of each medication printed on the label OR have a true to size photo of both sides of a pill on the label. ## Hello, Lisa! Hi I found a pill with KU printed in black on one side and the number 220 on the other in my daughters car. and is there any recreational value to this pill??? ## Based on your description, the closest match I could find was a white round pill imprinted with "KU 210". Due to the lack of available information on this pill, I would still encourage you to get a second opinion from a local veterinary office or clinic, as there have also been rumors of this being a drug called Aminopentamide (Centrine) - which is also used in veterinary medicine for vomiting and diarrhea. I hope this info helps! Please post back if you're able to get a more concrete answer. ## Yes I believe that’s correct…had this pill for...
