unfamiliar.. looks like an aspirin but has a capital letter "N" over top of the number 25. No additional markings on the flip side.. just a criss cross imprint. ## It sounds like one of the pain meds that I currently take. Its a form of oxicodone. You may want to check in a current PDR. If you don't have one try and go on line and see if you can find an online version. The PDR stands for Physicians Desk Reference. It has pictures and information about that drug. The brand name for this pill is "Two-Way MaxBrand". These do have cross scores on the back. Ephedrine is commonly used as a stimulant, appetite suppressant, concentration aid, decongestant, and to treat hypotension associated with anaesthesia. Guaifenesin is used to relieve chest congestion. Where did it come from? ## @keke, I did noticed that there's a white round pill marked with 027 R, which is reportedly identified as generic Alprazolam 0.25mg - A product of Actavis. Perhaps you meant to type "R" instead of "M"? If that's not the case, I'd probably suspect that this is a counterfeit depending on where/who it was obtained from...
