I found this and was wondering what it was? ## There are two tablets with this marking, both are round, and white, but one has a C on one side, and the 2 on the other, while the other has the C over a 2 on the same side, and is blank on the opposite. NDC: 57664-0787 and 16729-0138 However, both of them contain 2mgs of the Benzodiazepine Clonazepam, which is used to treat nerve, and anxiety disorders. The tablet with the C and 2 on opposite sides is an orally disintegrating tablet. Small round yellow pill marked ep 131 ## Based on the description provided I located this pill to be Hydrochlorothiazide (25 mg). On a number of searches I did, people have stated that the pill is peach colored or orange colored, but I'm sure the color tone may vary slightly, as this is the only pill marked EP 131 that is round and similar in color. The only thing I could find that is a relatively close match has the imprint JSP over a score line over 544. Here is an image: Is this what you have?
