Found 1/2 of a small light pink/salmon colored oblong pill. No markings on 1 side and mg on the other side. Also round white pill scored on one side and on the other side is a box with R in the middle of the box. Has a / at the lower part of the R. Can you please help me identify what these pills could be?

Does this pill contain codeine? ## The imprint that fits your description of a round pink pill is actually "GG 235" as opposed to "GG 225"; which is round and white. This pink pill is Promethazine hydrochloride (50mg); which is an antihistamine primarily used to treat allergy symptoms. To answer your question though, Promethazine in and of itself does not contain any codeine; nor does this pink tablet. I hope this helps to answer your question!

If you want to look it up, the manufacturer is listed as Rugby Pharma, and the pill itself carries a National Drug Code of 0536-1018. As I said before I have yet to find an image of this pill. What is this small light purple used for? Scored on one side ## Hi Caren, Based on the description provided, I located 3 different pills that are round, light purplish-pink in color, and have a score line on one side. They are posted below as follows: 1. Vitamin B-12 1,000 mcg tablet 2. Oral Glucose 4g tablet 3. Diazepam 10mg (made by Investigación Farmacéutica, in Mexico) Since it may be difficult to narrow the results down to one pill, I'd probably recommend sending it off to a lab for a content analysis.
