Oval small pill with 10 on the back and the front is smooth. I found it and would love to know what it could be? I have grandchildren and I would hate for them to have gotten a hold of it. I found a pill in my front yard from a homeless person that was sitting there. It is oblong pure white with Ex on one side. What is it. My guess is an Excedrin. Can any one tell me what this pill is called with Tol370 on the on the front blank in the back ## Hi Chyna, I haven't come across many details to verify this, but based on your description I think what you may have is a generic Excedrin tablet containing Acetaminophen + Caffeine + Aspirin, which is marketed for headache and migraine relief. its a white oblonge(oval) pill. The size of a tylonal and on the back is blank with no writing but the front has a square with the letter M In it and the right has the letter 36. Interested in what it is and what its for ## The boxed M logo is the one usually used by Mallinckrodt pharmaceuticals, but I can't find anything that matches this description. Where was it found? I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

I saw a white oval/oblong shaped 500mg acetaminophen tablet that fit this description and it has me wondering because the imprints look like they could easily be smudged off or washed out depending the pill's condition... Also, is the number 30 embedded/indented into your tablet or is it ink based? On the pill I'm referring to the imprint is embedded/indented on one side and blank on the back. I hope this helps!
