Hi I am 37 year old n want to loose weight I have bought Zerofat-A sachets. Pls advise me the dosages and pls let me know when to take before meal or after meals and how many times a day. I JUST STARTED USING THIS I.E FROM 2 DAYS I AM AFRAID TO USE THIS ZEROFAT-A BECAUSE I HEARD FROM SO MANY MEMBERS THAT THIS FAT REDUCING MEDICINES WILL DEFINITELY CAUSE SOME SERIOUS PROBLEMS . i am 101kg my doctor has ask me to take zerofat A,twice a day. does this capsule is effective and has any side effects. how effective is this and what is other things which we have to look out when we take this medicine. ## Zerofat really works! But you have to have it right before or after (within an hour) of the meal. It prevents absorption of fat, n this fat goes out in the form of stool. So if you have a high fat intake of food, you will have some side effects such as passing gas, urge to go to the bathroom due to heavy bowel movements etc- this is not a negative side effect, it just causes this discomfort , and helps you flush out fat and reduce fat in your body. ## I am 90 kg now my doctor has recommended to take zerofat a 2 time a day . Tb XIGDUO twice daily or alternatively FORXIGA 5mg twice + CARBOPHAGE 1000mg )twice. Also JANUVIA 100 mg once daily. which will avoid causing weight gain and help loose weight. Again for BP the tablet recommended is Natrilam 5 mg 2 tabs a day. Also ZEROFAT A for weight reduction. Height is 6 ft whilst weight is 145 kg. These things have been detected off-late at an early age 38 yrs. Just worried hope these combinations do not have any side effects in the long run. Off-late the XIGDUO and JANUVIA have been recommended.
