Hello i just want start sophia pill from daphne pill since i am no longer breastfeeding my baby. I just what to ask if how will i start it, i still have 3 tablets of daphne pills. Should i start it after the last tablet of my previous? The pill is round one side is pink with white botches & with the letter Z and with a line right underneath Z, and the numbers 2813 underneath that line AND the other side of the pill is the color white and has NO marks at all ## Hello, Sophia! I've been on lexapro 20 mg for more than ten years and, for a variety of reasons, am tapering off of it.
