And have a daughter 12 yrs this my 2 baby My new Dr.concerted me to take Ecosprin 75 during pregnancy from 25 weeks till 32weeks of pregnancy but our old Dr. Said that Ecosprin gives side effects on baby I am worried and tensed what to do to continue the medicine or to not please help. ## My wife is 3weeks pregnant and our dr prescibed to take ecosprin 75 and the next day my wife found spotting is it a side effect of ecosprin 75 ## Ecosprin contains the active ingredient Aspirin, it is often used to help improve blood flow to the baby.
