I'd just red that taking cherifer is effective at morning coz it's boost our energy throughout the day. Especially if this cherifer has vit B complex... and also drinking milk has a bad reaction when you take cherifer at the same time because calcium in milk is not good with iron... that's why cherifer is best at morning or if you want you can drink your milk at night before you sleep. Ano po possible effects ng pagtake ng cherifer any type for adults ng 2 kada araw? I just need to know kasi if wala naman hard na side effects then I'll do it kasi very good ang ibinibigay na pampagana kumain! Haha.
