What does regular release mean for these pills rp30 I think they not as strong as the blue m box and a214 pills let me know ## Hello, Dominik! How are you? As defined by the FDA, regular release tablets take about 15 to 20 minutes to start working, after you take them. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Trying to identify aspirin-sized round white pill with RP on one side and 30 on the other but is twice as thick as an aspirin. Is this pill the equivalent to the tiny light blue round 30 roxicodone? The tiny blue ones act very quickly.

I had been taking suboxone for over 4 years but was recently switched to the buprenorphine without the naloxone because of my severe renal impairment. This also causes me a lot of nausea and vomiting, so the switch actually helped me a lot, but still these pills I get at my pharmacy are so big I have issues getting them down properly. I know they discontinued the really tiny ones, but does anyone know of a manufacturer who is currently making a smaller version? I'm currently taking the RP/b8 ones. I'm supposed to get my refill in a few days and I'd really like to switch, so any thoughts or info on this would be helpful, thank you! ## You're supposed to take them sublingual not swallow (suck them under tongue till they dissolve) hold in your mouth for about 10 minutes. I have a pink, heart shaped pill. It has either BPI above the number 20, RPI above the number 20, or some letter PI above the number 20. I have no idea what it is. I used to abuse pain pills, benzos, and other stuff, and I've never seen anything like it. Anybody? ## No, in all my years of researching and identifying pills, I have not come across this, before, either and I am not finding the imprint, or anything similar listed in any of our U.S. prescription medication databases. Was it found in the U.S.? I am thinking it is probably a prescription medication that is manufactured by MEDA, they use the BPI logo and are known for making unusually shaped tablets. For instance, they have a Lorazepam on the U.S. marked that uses a large, capital A on one side of the tablet to form the sha...

I have been going to pain management for 20 years. This time around, I got a new Oxycodone Hydrochloride pill marked "RP-20", which doesn’t seem the same as other 20 mg pain pills I've had. Does anyone know if it's an instant release or extended release tablet? ## They are made by rhodes and I believe they are instant release. Mine were anyway. ## I was told by a medical professional I trust it most likely is an immediate release type from Rhodes Pharmaceuticals as they have taken over a large part of making these meds once dominated by Mallinkrodt
