My grandmother has a vial with small, yellow pills marked with an L1 on one side, blank on the other side. My serious concern is that the vial is for a different medicine (per description on label.) What medicine is this small, yellow, round pill marked L1? ## From what I can discover, these contain 20mgs of Famotidine, the active ingredient in Pepcid, this is the over the counter dosage, commonly sold in many stores. I am taking many medications at this time, due to having five major surgeries, in the last 7 months. I know what all the others are for, but for some reason, even my pharmacist couldn't tell me what it was. I need to know what it's for, before using it. Yes, it's a oxycodone 10mgs used for pain from a doctor and is only given by a doctor unless you find it on the streets and in that case can be very harmful to yourself. I've been on them after having my son when they had to get him out with a C/section I was taking two so 20mgs at a time and even with being on them a short period of time when I did get off of them I went through VERY painful withdrawal that I wouldn't wish on my worse enemy so if your taking them PLEASE PLEASE be smart about it I was under doctor supervision and still got hooked to them. Good luck to anyone needing help getting off them. Does anyone know what this is ## I have found the same pill in my houSe I believe it may be winstrol but I'm still researching. ## I found a round light blue 20mg Tamoxifen Citrate (Nolvadex) pill that fits this exact same imprint. It has E|C on the front and 50 on the back. From what I've read, apparently these particular tablets have been discontinued and replaced by a new version.
