I found 30-45 small white round unmarked pills. They were sent from Mexico to my recently deceased uncle. What are these? My family is desperately trying to find out what they are because my uncle killed himself... We are just looking for answers. He ordered them in April and receive them today. In November. Any clue? Unmarked small (5mm) white round pills. From Mexico in the mail. ## Hello, Kay! How are you? I'm very sorry about your loss. Are there any other markings on the packaging? Since they are unmarked and from Mexico, it might be very difficult to determine what they contain. Mexican drugs aren't regulated strictly, like those in the U.S. and Canada. Thus, they could be anything. However, if you can post back with any other information you can find, such as markings on ...

It is a small round unmarked white pill. looks almost like the little tiny sugar tablets, but a little thicker. ## I'm sorry, but if there is no imprint, it will be impossible to positively identify, unless you would pay to have it lab tested. It could be any one of a large number of over the counter items or foreign medications. I wish I could help! ## Did you ever find out what it is??? I found a pill in my house, sounds just like what you described...I really hope you can help!

pills r white...no numbers letters or scores...bottle brown glass 1-1 1\2 inches long white metal lid but too worn to tell what was once there ## Hello, Jen! How are you? From what you've said, I get the impression that they are quite old and with no markings or identifying label, it's going to be difficult to determine what they contain. Years ago, many patent medications were packaged like this, which makes it difficult to even guess if it was a prescription or over the counter product. Does anyone else recognize these? I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. ## I found an old brown glass bottle with a p and a d on the lid. It contains these tiny white tabs with no markings or scores. I can't find any info on them ## I found the same thing. Br...

Round white pill. It has an odd symbol on one side that almost looks like pacman lol. On the other side it has a capital "C" with "30" underneath it. It's in an unmarked bottle that I found so I'm really curious as to what it is. Someone please help me identify it as I cannot find anything about it anywhere. ## Just found the exact same pill. The symbol is like a strange retro 9. Did you ever find out what it was? Related posts seems to suggest the C 30 could be for 30mg codeine?

I haven't been able to find a listing for this, so far. Can you please double check the imprint? How are you? No, all prescription tablets in the U.S. have markings on them to enable their identification, in accordance with FDA law. Thus, there are no unmarked Clonazepam available from regular, licenses U.S. pharmacies. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, and irritability. About the size of US valium with a split score on one side. ## Doesn't sound like any Xanax? ## @Tom, Depending where or who you got this from, my guess is that it's either a home-made counterfeit or manufactured in some other country outside of the US, where they are known for selling discreet unmarked drugs. One thing is for certain though, and that is, that it's definitely NOT a legitimate "US-based" prescription drug, since the FDA requires all of these medications to have markings for determining the substance, dosage, and manufacturer. But if you have any other specific details relating to how you came about getting it, I think that will help give us a strong indication as to whether or not it's even real. Also, how would you assume that it's xanax if t...

round white pill no markings either side filled at wegmans pharmacy saying 10 mg oxycontin ## You received it in the U.S. as a Prescription for Oxycontin? No, there are no unmarked prescription drug tablets on the market in the U.S. I don't know what they gave you, but it's not Oxycontin! First of all, under U.S. Federal law, all prescription medications MUST have a unique imprint on them to enable their identification, in case of emergency. For instance if someone is found passed out somewhere, with some loose pills in their hand, for proper treatment to be given, the doctors and nurses HAVE to have a way to discover what it was that they took. The imprint has to lead back to who manufactured it, what the active ingredient is and the exact dosage! And second, there is only ONE ...

I recently found a bottle of pills that says hydromorphon (without the e) 8mg and the bottle also says it is a replacement for dilaudid. The problem though is the pills are just round and white and say nothing on them. I would like to know if these are truly what the bottle is. ## Hello, Talos! How are you? There are no unmarked Hydromorphone tablets available in the U.S. So, they are most likely not what the label claims. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

I have couple pills that are small round white and unmarked.
