I just rec'd 30 of these, but they have NO effect. Tooth/gum pain. Am used to oblong tramadol tablets - which, although weak, have an effect on my pain. Now we're getting these AN 627s. These are like placebos. ## these are the REAL thing, not a placebo. They are the SAME as the oblong tramadol. ## AN 627 does contain 50mgs of Tramadol, however, there can be some differences in generic drugs, so they may not work as well as the others you were getting. ## These don't seem to be as strong as some of the other tramadol I have taken, such as the Mylan. I don't know why. There should be no reason for this. If u buy a genertic it should act the same as a brand. This pill should be reported and looked into to find out what we are spending money on. It works, but not as strong ...

I need to know if this type of pill is harmful to a toddler. ## First of all, I would like to stress that if you think your child has gotten hold of a medication of some type, please DO NOT post on a free website and wait for an answer. You should ALWAYS contact your doctor or nearest ER facility to be on the safe side. That said, L485 is a generic or store brand of Tums, a chewable antacid containing 500mgs of Calcium Carbonate. So, unless they ingested a lot of them, it is probably not dangerous, but this site is not medical professionals and you should contact your doctor to be certain. Have you talked to your doctor, yet? ## No, my child didn't ingest this. He found it on the floor in our hotel room & I wanted to let them know they hadn't cleaned the room like they shoul...

Found a pill that's white and round with 'ZD 15' in my son's room. Do u know what it is for sure? ## This tablet is manufactured by Zydus Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 50mgs of Topiramate, which is used to treat or prevent convulsions, and some migraine headaches. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, mood swings, and weight changes. Is there anything else I can help with? ## This is Topamx. It's for migraines . I take them daily for a couple of years now, he only had about 1/2 a daily dose if he has a 50mg pill. Thing is, you need to take about 100mg a day for about a week before they are in your system for them start to help with migraines, one pill won't do anything for him. One pill is basically a was...

WHITE ROUND ## Is there an additional piece after the M that looks like a small, half circle? The only thing I am finding that may match this has that, because the marking is intended to be MP 727, but they use the line of the M to form the back line of the P. If this is your pill, it contains 1mg of Folic Acid, a nutritional supplement, most often used by women during pregnancy. Could this be your pill?

Hi. Need help identifying a small white pill. Imprint is LM over the score line and 25 under the score line. ## Hi Kassius, Does your pill also happen to have an "X" on the opposite side? I haven't been able to verify my findings, but from what I could gather, a round white pill with those markings is supposed to be an over-the-counter expectorant and bronchodialator by the name of Vasopro. It contains the active ingredients Ephederine (25mg) + Guaifenesin (200mg). Please post back if you think this could be a match!

I got round white pill w/ ultra on one side of it , looked it up but cant find anything on it. ## Hello, Joey! How are you? A few other people have found this tablet and asked about it, but so far, I've been unable to find anything about it. Where was it found? I think it might be an over the counter product and, if so, some of them are regional so that may help to narrow down where to look. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you.

little round white pill, with 636 on one side, and with FD on the other, it can be split in half on the FD side. ## Sorry, this isn't listed in any of the prescription databases, not even the professional ones. I would have to say it is probably an over the counter item, which aren't regulated and kept track of like prescription drugs, or a foreign med. ## I know that it is some kind of veterinary medication... I just found a bottle so old the label was entire blank, however i tried reading what i could and I think it said torbutrol ## it is torbutol...its a painkiller given to dogs and cats.... i think they rangefrom 1 to 10 mg.'s ## it is methocarbamol 500mg

This pill is not ibuprophen 200mg. I looked it up because i had a similar looking pill, but this was white and on one side had the numbers 420 circled. There is a similar pill that is used in the treatment of leukemia, lymphoma, and chrones disease plus theres more uses for it. It is also white but has the number 54 on the top and 420 on the bottom of it all on one side if the pill the other side is just plain white, and nothing is circled on it ,it is called mercaptopurine 50mg , you do not want to take this pill thinking its ibuprophen you might experience some strange side effects such as dizziness, nausiousness, and sometimes head aches that can turn into migraines. ## Hey Carma king, I'm a little puzzled by your description where you mentioned that the white round pill with ...

54 but they are broke in half. Its not smooth on the other side there is a line right threw the middle of the opposite side. What is this, please help ## Hi Dan, From your description the closest match I'm seeing online is a white round pill marked with 54 111 on one side and scored on the other. It contains 250mgs of Mefloquine; which is used to prevent and treat malaria. Had there been no score line I would've thought this to be a generic Subutex tablet, since it shares the same imprint 54 411. But if you could double check the "4" to make sure it's not a "1" that would confirm whether or not Mefloquine is a prime suspect. One thing is for sure though, and that is that the manufacturer of both of these pills starting with 54 and followed by three digits is ...

This pill starts with an M and has a slash on the other side where it can be cut. The V is a fancy V. I think it's some type of muscle relaxant. ## A round white pill marked "4211 V" is identified as Methocarbamol 500 mg. The "4211" is above the horizontal score line and the fancy "V" sits below it. Methocarbamol is used with rest, physical therapy, and other measures to relax muscles and relieve pain and discomfort caused by strains, sprains, and other muscle injuries. Learn More: Methocarbamol Details I hope this helps! ## David, thanks so much. That's the pill I was referring to. As soon as I saw it spelled out I knew. What makes tramadol a narcotic if there's no opiets or opioids in it? I'm confused... ## Tramadol is not a narcotic,it just effects certain receptors in your brain fooling your body to think it is narcotic LIKE. Tramadol is non narcotic. it is not made from opium. Have a great day God bless.Rocket666. ## Hello, Emmie! How are you? Tramadol is derived from a narcotic. It was actually created, when some medical research scientists were trying to create a medication that would be as effective as an opiate narcotic, but not have the same side effects and addictive tendencies. However, what they ended up with was a moderate analgesic that still carries all the same risks. It can be habit forming and may cause side effects such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, depression of the centr...

A round 1/4" pill thick scored with a m on top and z on bottom blank on back, then a round thin pill blank both sides ## Hello, Renay! How are you? The one with the M over 2 is manufactured by Dr. Reddy's Laboratories and they list it as containing 50mgs of Metoprolol. The FDA classifies this medication as a beta blocker that is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypertension. As to one without any markings, we can rule it out as being a prescription medication, but it could be any one of a large number of over the counter products. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else have any ideas?

i found a little white pill with a 112 and a line up under the 112on one side and there is nothing on the other side what is it???? ## Based on the description provided, I found your round white pill to be Oxycodone hydrochloride (5 mg). NOTE: This finding is based off of a description and not an image of the drug (as the drug database did not have an image), so I can't be 100% certain that this is the pill's identity. However nothing else showed up as a match so I'm thinking this has to be it. Oxycodone comes in various forms and is used to treat moderate to severe levels of pain. Little white pill says g 65on one other side is clear ## Hello, Joe! How are you? I think what you're looking at may be a stylized E. Can you please double check? It does resemble an angular capital G. If the marking is E 65 the tablet is manufactured by Sandoz Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 2mgs of Clonazepam. The FDA classifies this medication as a benzodiazepine that is most commonly used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders. It carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.

its just a little pill that has nothing on it and its round..thats all i know...plus its for sleeping.. ## If there are no markings on it, it is going to be difficult to identify what this tablet contains. We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, because they are all required to have unique imprints to enable their identification, in case of emergency. However, it could be any one of several over the counter products or even a foreign medication. I have a bottle of Melatonin supplement tablets that I use, when I have trouble sleeping and they meet this description, plus I can think of quite a few other supplement products that are round, white and have no markings.
