Round White Thin Pill With An On It

I just rec'd 30 of these, but they have NO effect. Tooth/gum pain. Am used to oblong tramadol tablets - which, although weak, have an effect on my pain. Now we're getting these AN 627s. These are like placebos. ## these are the REAL thing, not a placebo. They are the SAME as the oblong tramadol. ## AN 627 does contain 50mgs of Tramadol, however, there can be some differences in generic drugs, so they may not work as well as the others you were getting. ## These don't seem to be as strong as some of the other tramadol I have taken, such as the Mylan. I can tell you what works for my siatic nerve pain aka (sychotic nerve) as I like to call it,stretching and hydrocodone. WHITE ROUND ## Is there an additional piece after the M that looks like a small, half circle? The only thing I am finding that may match this has that, because the marking is intended to be MP 727, but they use the line of the M to form the back line of the P. I haven't been able to verify my findings, but from what I could gather, a round white pill with those markings is supposed to be an over-the-counter expectorant and bronchodialator by the name of Vasopro. A few other people have found this tablet and asked about it, but so far, I've been unable to find anything about it. Where was it found? This pill is not ibuprophen 200mg. I looked it up because i had a similar looking pill, but this was white and on one side had the numbers 420 circled. There is a similar pill that is used in the treatment of leukemia, lymphoma, and chrones disease plus theres more uses for it.
