Im guessing the strength of this pill is less than any over the counter Tylenol.. 325 vs 500 ## Actually, both of the doses you listed are over the counter strengths. The original Tylenol was 325mgs, the Extra Strength is 500mgs and there is a time released arthritis formulation that contains 650mgs. Learn more Acetaminophen details here. The 325mg dosage isn't purchased as often, anymore, so it's seen less frequently in most stores, but it is still available. Should be Xanax .25 mg. ## The generic Xanax of that description should also have an R on the opposite side and the opposite side should have the 027 above the score (NDC 0228-2027). The pill is white,bottom part says 277,top part looks like sideways 8 with a diagonal line through it. ## I can't find this listed in any of our U.S. prescription drug resources. There is a good possibility that it is something available over the counter, however, it could also be a foreign medication. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? I don't have a picture to post for you, but according to the databases, it should be round, white and have a capital M on one side and C27 on the other.
