The P intersects with the M and doesn't really stand out as an imprint on its own -so maybe it was rubbed off at some point- making it appear as if only the M is part of the imprint. I'm wondering if you perhaps misread the marking, unless this is a different pill altogether? The Z sits on top of the number 66 and is separated by a horizontal score line.
