Can someone help me identify this pill I found it in my car it has a crescent moon shape on one side and looks like maybe 510 on the other side. ## Hello, Room mother! How are you? That's the Actavis logo and the tablet they make that matches this description is a pale yellow with their logo on one side and A510 on the other, it contains 10mgs of Donepezil, which is most commonly used to treat symptoms of Alzheimer's, such as confusion, dementia and memory loss. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, diarrhea and anorexia. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I believe you should look carefully into the pill. It sounds just like the pills I was prescribed by my physician. It was Opana 15mlg ER. used for severe pain. which it really didn't help my pain... ...
