I have been on Metoprolol ER TAB SUC 50 mg (75 mg in morning and 75 mg in evening) for a long time. These were round white pills with"M50" on one side and a score line on the other side. Instead of sending me the same medication, they sent me a 3-month supply of Metoprolol TAB TAR 50 mg. These are round pink pills, a little smaller than the white pills. On one side they have a score line with "93" above the score line and "733" below the score line. The other side is plain, with no markings at all. Are these smaller pink TAB TAR pills the same as the ER TAB SUC pills? And are the TAB TAR pills Extended Release? I wanted to stay on the Ex...
