I found a round dark pink pill with b on one side and blank on the other. Seems to be coated. ## I have seen a number of round pink pills with a lowercase "b" on one side, but the other side to these pills also bear 3 digit numerals. On the other hand if it's a capital "B" on one side and blank on the back, then this is reportedly identified as a Children's Benadryl (fast melt); containing 19mgs of diphenhydramine citrate. I am trying to figure out what pill this is that my 8 yr old step-daughter takes. I have used tons of pill ID websites, looked at over 400 different pictures of pills and found NO matches. dark pink, small, not tiny and round. It is scored and bottom of one side says 74- the other half is missing. White inside. ## Without the complete imprint, it is going to be difficult to narrow down what this is. I did, however, find one that could be a match, it is round, dark pink, white on the inside and on one side it has a C over a 74. It contains 50mgs of Metoprolol and at that dosage, being split in half makes sense, because someone may not have been able to tolerate the 50mgs. It is most commonly used to help lower high blood pressure. You can read more on it here: I can't be certain, but it does seem to match. Where was it found?

Im in camp Working and sick and a friend of mine went rooting through my bathroom for medicine and came across a bottle labelled amoxicillon.
