One of my friends has overdosed on 0.25mg restyl as an attempt at suicide, but he is fine now. Plz advise me on how to help him as he may try another dosage. Plz help me to save him as he is a very good friend of mine. ## I HAD BEEN AN H ADDICT WITH DOSAGE UP TO 4G a day. It has been about 10 Yrz since i am clean. But then this was possible with usage of cough syrups. Now i want to quit that as well. i am on tryptomer,prodep,restyl,for the past 10 yrs. i hav got skin rashes especially on my legs and feet.can it be due to these medicenes. no skin creme is helping . what shd i do? ## After 10 years, it isn't very likely that the medications are causing it, unless you've suddenly got one from a different manufacturer. Once in a while (when I am mentally diturbed) I take Alprazolam 0.25 m (Restyl). Is it safe to take it daily if I want. Or cosecutively how many days I can take it. ## There is no real set time frame that I can give you, Alprazolam is a Benzodiazepine and it can be habit forming, but the amount and the time it takes for that to happen can vary from person to person. I have been taking met xl 50 twice daily due to less saliva production. Now my mouth is burning and nose is clogged. I hope it is the side effect of met xl. I am also taking restyl 0.25 mg before going to bed. I suffer from undue anxiety without any reason and my b.p. will shoot up immediately. No complaints were found in my blood work. My liver, kidneys, cholesterol, sugar, and thyroid are less than normal. Heart x-rays are also normal, but chest pain will occur now and then due to anxiety. I just recently started taking this for treating 6 to 8 migraines a month. I was using the max amount of meds every month for migraines and in constant pain and usually going in around every 3 to 4 months for a shot. If this sounds familiar you may want to try this drug. If was prescribed 25 mg. for a week which I have just made it though and now am on my second week of 50 mg. My biggest side effect is being tired. I am taking both pills at night instead of one in the morning and one at night. I am hoping to only have to take 50 mg, but we will see. My mom is taking Restyl 0.25 mg, Zolfresh and Nitrocontin. Is this combination harmful? She is experiencing more problems health wise, having diabetes and heart problems.
