The first is larger with number only on one side. The second is smaller with indent for dividing in half on one side and number on the other. Also has large ^ with a small P under it in front of number. I think they are some Tylenol generic, but not sure. ## The pill in description marked L484 is Acetaminophen (500 mg). Hi, My mother was suffering from Abdomen TB. She got operated 5 months back. After operation, she was given AKT4 tablet for 4 months and then shifted on AKT3 & Neurobion tablets. I am 22 years old and I have been on the following antipsychotic drugs for the past five years: Quitipin 25Mg (1) + Lamitor 50Mg (2) + Venlift 75Mg (1) + Bupron 50Mg (1).
