I've been on percocet generic 10 years and last 3 qualitest 10/325. It's the absolute best I've had. I will not accept others. I tried to take my rx back to walmart today but no qualitest so I went back to cvs. It's truly the best. I have taken hydro before and found Boca pharmaceutical out of Florida to be best. It was sold by walmart at the time. Both incredible good genetics as I researched both before I asked for them. First time they ordered them. Some will some will NOT say take what we have or go some place else. I always am made to feel like a dope addict when I get these filled. I want to say I'm paying your damn 125k paycheck. ## I'm sorry about the experiences you've had at some pharmacies. There are some that do seem to be suspicious of anyone tha...

I am trying to find this product in Phoenix Arizona. No one so far carries it. Its a oval white pill with 3604V printed on it. Google says it made by Qualitest. I've tried Walgreen's, Walmart, CVS, and Fry's. The pill has little red specks on it. If I could find that certain pill I'd really appreciate it because it does not make me sick to my stomach like the other brands. Thanks. ## There is really no way to know which pharmacy might have it in stock, generally the generic they carry can vary depending on who was offering the cheapest price, via their distributor, at the time they needed to restock their supply. Some place might list is under UDL Laboratories, since that is a licensed distributor for the manufacturer. NDC code: 51079-0777 Inactive ingredients may includ...

I am in horrific pain constantly. I cannot afford help that I must do myself. Please, if anyone out ther who can help me rid my pain, I will be forever indebted . ## Dear Magnolia, I'm truly sorry to hear about the level of pain you're constantly having to cope with... When it comes to being able to afford meds, have you considered utilizing an Rx savings card to help cut down on their cost? Rx savings cards, such as the one MedsChat offers (here) could potentially save you anywhere from 15-75% off your prescription. Another option would be to look into various patient assistance programs that some manufacturers offer to patients who meet certain income criteria. However you may have to discuss this with your doctor for more specific details on how to apply for those programs. D...

Although many have said one drug is the same as the other I find that Qualitest hydrocodone 10/325 seems to not affect me as far as making me drowsy and extremely tired. It does so help with the pain but it does not make me so I can not function. The other manufacturer Mallincor (spelling not right) their hydrocodone makes me so tired I have to literally go to bed. Strange I think that if two drugs are identical how can they have different effects to you. I prefer to not take any hydrocodone but until I am through this pain I prefer to take the one that does not comatose me. ## While they contain the same active ingredients, there can be fluctuations in the amount of them that are in generic medications, additionally, the inactive ingredients can be entirely different. Thus, the one fro...

Is this product Gluten Free? Does the filler formula change depending on when it is manufactured? Is there a risk for cross contamination during the manufacturing of this product or at any other time before the patient fills a prescription? ## I have been allergic to gluten for 15 years now, and I have been taking it for the past 3 years, so I am assuming it is safe or I would have known it, by my throat and tongue swelling up. I don't know about a risk of cross contamination...but so far I have not had any problems. ## Based on my research, each Hydrocodone 5mg + Acetaminophen 325mg tablet (from Qualitest Pharmaceuticals) contains the following inactive ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, pregelatinized ...

I've been on pain management for many years due to chronic pain from degenerative arthritis and fibromyalgia. Taking 10/325 Qualitest/Par that worked for pain with no side effects. Helping to live a quality life. Last month I was given Lupin white 10/325. Terrible side effects. Borderline migraines, anxiety, tightness, little pain relief, lack of hunger and crying in pain in the night. Called many pharmacies to try and find the yellow Norco meds that work, no luck. Called Qualitest/Par to find a local pharmacy that carries them. Qualitest no longer manufactures hydrocodone products!! Does ANYONE have any med change options I can discuss with my doctor? He is aware of what is going on. ## Good luck finding anything these days due to the so called opioid crisis! My husband and I have ...

I was in a bad accident back in March of 2012, I was on a snow machine ( mobile for who call it that) and was hit by a large SUV. I had a shattered pelvis, broken hip and broken femur. I've found that the qualitest 5/325 white pills with red specks work best for me compared to other brands, but of late I've had to take more to feel a relief. I'm wondering if they make the same type just stronger. I don't know if it's the red specks they use in them that makes it different with others. I also just moved and am worried my new state won't have that brand even if I can't get a raised dose with my next doctor. I hate taking so many, wish I didn't have to take them at all to be honest. I have tried to go my normal route and stop taking them to lower my need for...

I have had many Qualitest Hydrocodone 10/325, printed different. Right way is v, turn over3601, which is correct. Others , the V is upside down. Totally different printed pills. This should not be happening. I am concerned they are counterfeit pills. Happened to me twice now. NEVER use to have this problem. ## It's not counterfeit, it just has to do with the pharmacy ordering from a different soarse. Like meds from the V.A. are marked different. Right no with DEA and FDA cracking down is making it hard for pharmacies to get any type of pain medication. Sad part is that this is creating people who are in need are going to the streets for meds, this in turn is more drug dealers out there so now DEA can keep there jobs. I think it's a bunch of b.s cause I take 15mg. of morphine and...

I was prescribed Vicodin for a dental implant and as given the hydrocodon acetominiphen 7.5-325, and had a reaction to them..It caused itching all over and wheezing. I have taken the name brand with no issues. where can I find out what the ingredients are in this? Could there be gluten in them as I have a gluten problem. ## Hello, Ellen! How are you? I'm sorry about the problem you had. It is always possible to develop an allergy to something, even if you took it before, without a problem. So, we can't rule out that possibility. As to the inactive ingredients, in the orange/peach oval tablet with the V 3605 marking, they are listed as being: croscarmellose sodium FD&C Red No. 40 FD&C Yellow No. 6 lactose Monohydrate magnesium stearate microcrystalline cellulose povidone ...

I live in Houston, Texas am disabled and taking qualitest generic narco 10/325 mg for over 20 years. New generic is Mallinkrt and it is making me sick. Current pharmacy does not carry qualitest. Where do I look to find out who carries this generic brand of narco. I cant handle the side effects of the other generic narco ## Hello, Tam! How are you? I'm sorry, but there is no listing of pharmacies according to which medication from which manufacturer they have in stock. Most pharmacies will switch which one they carry, depending on who's offering the cheapest price, at the time they need to restock their supply. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Th...

I take Qualitest 10/500 pink hydrocodone. My pharmacy has told me that Qualitest will no longer be making this. I have tried other 10/500 pills to no avail. Qualitest is the only manufacturer that works on my pain . Does Qualitest offer another size ? ## Hello, Ted! How are you doing? Actually, after the first of the year (2014), none of the manufacturers will be making this dosage, anymore. Due to the risks of liver damage or failure that can occur with long-term use of high amounts of Acetaminophen, as well as the overdose fatalities that have occurred with these medications, the FDA has requested that all combination prescription products be lowered to contain no more than 325mgs of Acetaminophen, per dose. i have a severe back problem and go to a pain clinic for pain management. I use Qualitest Hydrocodone 10/500 (pink) for years for break through pain. I know they had to go to 10/325 but what I want to know is do they make the exact same pill except for the acetominaphen part. I have tried the white and I have tried the 10/500 Watson which is not blue but white and they just don't work. I just want the same makeup as the Qualitest that I have taken for years and even if the 2nd part is cut down I could add back a tylenol to it to get that 2nd part. I am not afraid of it I just need some pain relief and the pink ones did it for me and neither white or Watson white, they just don't work. I take the Qualitest brand of Norco 7.5/325 and find it superior to Watson Any others agree with this opinion, or have different thoughts? ## I do not like Qualitest at all - it makes me feel like sleeping so I can't take it during the day. Watson NEVER did that to me - I can't find any pharmacies to fill my Rx with Watson any more. So bummed. ## I think Watson has recently changed formula... I used to agree with you that Watson was superior, but within the last six months I've noticed a profound change it. ## I haven't been able to buy Watson in quite a while but I believe you - I feel that every generic I have purchased does NOT work like Watson used to. I think they've changed the formula/strength without telling anyone, that way people have to buy more to get the...

I would like to find a pharmacy in Albuquerque NEw Mexico that carries Qualitest 10/325. They work best for me. I was prescribed norco 10/325 for my back pain. I will NEVER take this shyt ever again!! Please let me know of any pharmacys that dispense the Qualitest. Thank you so much. Kimber ## Hello, Kimber! How are you doing? Is the yellow dye in the Qualitest hydrocodone tablets tartrazine, aka FD & C yellow # 5? Many people, myself included, are highly sensitive to this dye. Lots of manufacturers still use it, for unknown reasons. But some have switched to an iron compound for the yellow color (who needs it?!). I have spent much time online trying to get this info, to no avail. If anyone knows, your response would be greatly appreciated! ## Hello, Bluecat! How are you? Actually, it is listed as being FD&C yellow #6. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. I'm trying to find a pharmacy that carries Qualitest Norco 10/325. I'll go to Fort Myers as well. Anyone know of a place? ## Hello, Kat! How are you? Due to the recent changes that required all of these combination medications to be lowered to now more than 325mgs per dose, many of them are hard to find right now, because the demand for these doses has exceeded the current supply and trying to find one from a specific manufacturer further complicates matters. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Do you have a problem with the ones manufactured by other companies?

What is the difference between qualitest brand Hydrocodone/Acet 10/325 with a V on one side and 36 01 on the other side of this yellow pill, as opposed to Mallinckrodt white pill with the same strength? The Mallinckrodt pills give me lots of bad side effects and do not help my pain as well as the Qualitest ones do. ## I also got my yellow 10/325's switched to the Mallinckrodt white by RiteAid. I have severe chronic pain and the white ones don't have much effect. How do I find the yellow ones? Thanks ## Dear Qualitest Representatives: Since 2002, when I had a 3-level 360 back fusion I have been taking hydrocodone, and usually the 10/325's, first Watson's then Qualitest which work absolutely the best for my pain. I went to a different pharmacy because it was closer to my house. I asked for the mallinckrodt brand and she said she had it. When I got home I looked and it was qualitest. Now these pills make my heart flutter and skip a beat. My doctor won't give me another prescription until another month. I have severe pain so l have to take the qualitest brand hydrocodone 10-325. Mallinckrodt brand is the only one I can take. What should I do to get help with this problem? ## Essie, Sadly in this day and age drug abusers use the predicament your facing as an attempt to procure additional controled dangerous substances for untoward purposes. There's really very little recourse available to you. I would highly recommend you find an alternative doctor who respects you as a patient. Wishing you...

I have been prescribed Qualitest yellow 10/325 Norco for over a year now for my Fibromyalgia and only take one pill at night which has helped my pain level tremendously. Qualitest is the only manufacturer that has worked for me as I have tried a few others they just upset my stomach and give me headaches. I just recently picked up my new prescription and something is VERY wrong with this new prescription. Normally I don't have any side effects but this batch, my stomach hurts when I take them and they just give me a massive headache. I have absolutely no pain relief like I always have in the past. I'm thinking they may have changed the inactive ingredients. Does anyone have an ideas on how to find out if they have changed something in their formulation? I am not crazy here, some...
