Hi, I have been using Prexum 4mg now for about 2 years, my wife and myself have been trying to get pregnant now for about 7 months, does Prexum affect men's fertility? ## Hello, Francois! Is there an interaction between the two medications ## Prexum Plus contains Perindopril and Indapamide, both of which are commonly prescribed to treat CHF, though it may cause side effects, such as nausea, headache, dizziness and dehydration. Nuzak contains the active ingredient Fluoxetine, which is an SSRI antidepressant. Is her doctor aware that she is taking the antidepressant with the other medication? Combining the Fluoxetine with the Indapamide can increase the risk of hyponatremia, which is very low serum sodium.

What is the drug that can be used in case I am unable to find prexum plus ## Prexum contains the active ingredient Perindopril, it is an ACE inhibitor that is used to treat high blood pressure. While there are certainly a good number of other prescription alternatives to Prexum, there are even more natural alternatives that in my opinion can be just as or more effective than prescription medication if taken seriously. I personally had high blood pressure, but was able to control it by controlling my eating habits and exercising. I have been on Prexum 4mg for a month and my bloodpressure only came down to 140/95. I had lower back aches most days and stopped running and cycling. There wasn't much improvement with the back ache. Then I went onto Prexum plus 2 weeks ago as the Dr wanted BP to be lower. I now have severe back ache and lower back spasms that even walking seems to make it worse. I have been to the chiropractor as well as the physio with no improvement. Im on prexum 4mg 3 days back i took my pill and just bout 15 minits later i passed out is it possible that my b/pressure were normal and the pill brought it down to fast, can your b/pressure go back to normal again? ## How long have you been on it? If you're blood pressure has been at normal levels on this dose, it's possible that the dose is now too high and you may need to take a lower one. Usually, higher doses are used at first, to bring someone's blood pressure down as fast as possible, then the doctor should be monitoring them regularly and they should be checking it themselves, so the dosage can be adjusted as needed.
