Pink Pill With Just 500 Imprint

I was given a white oblong pill with p500 on one side and blank on the other side, I was told it is tyleonol, but is it? I have seen the same shape and imprint on rxlist but the pill was pink not white, and it doesn't say anything about a white pill. Is it Tylenol or propexyphene? ## Were you given this by your doctor or a friend? I only ask because the imprint and color have me questioning its authenticity. I have a pill here that is pinkish and is stamped with a black label that looks like a backwards G 500 on one side. No other marks. What is it? The closest match I can find is Ranexa (500 mg) which is used in the treatment of Angina. It belongs to the drug class "antianginal agents". I found a round flat pill thats a light green and one side is blank the other has a triangle with a circle in the muddle and 043 next to it its about the size of a tums my husband thinks its methadone I think its an antacid but don't know where bit came from ## Hello, Chris! i usually take lortab 10/500 and they are pink, this time i got the same prescription, but the pills are white, scored and imprinted M363, my question: is this the same medication and will it have the same effect? i'm leary of taking something different than i'm used to taking ## Since the COLOR has nothing to do, whatsoever, with the ingredients of the pill, I have removed the erroneous post. I found a bottle of benadryl 50mg filled with little pink capsules that said DAN 5003 on both sides. They were pink. I think your best bet may be to contact the manufacturer of the pink version of P500 (Pliva Inc.) to find out if they changed their formula... Reason being is that I've also seen the same situation happen with pain medication tablet colors being changed from yellow to white over recent years, but still bearing the same exact imprint.
