It is an extremely mild, opiate narcotic analgesic that was pulled from the market, when it was discovered that the risks it caused of cardiac dangers far outweighed the slight analgesic effects that it provided. Small round pink pill with the letter P on one side. There are no other markings. ## There are a couple possible ID's for this pill, based on the description provided. Although there may be more, the one's I located are manufactured in the US. The first match is identified as Pepcid complete (calcium carbonate 800 mg + famotidine 10 mg + magnesium hydroxide 165 mg). The "P" imprint on this pill is clearly a P and not a B. The other possible match I found is the same pill except that it's a children's version with only 400mgs of calcium carbonate. I cannot locate a photo of this one though.
