Is there an over the counter med that looks close to yellow norco? I'm checking to see if our sitter has changed meds on us. ## Are there any markings on it? I need this information to check for you. I don't believe they are being manufactured any longer due to the new laws restricting the amount of acetaminophen to 325mgs. If this is the correct pill you'd probably also be able to see half of a "0" to the right of the "U". This one in particular is a generic Norco 10/325 tablet. I've been on norco 7.5/325 for 3 yrs now for chronic pain d/t a nerve entrapment. These new laws are going to make it so difficult to get my medication and in the amount monthly that I was getting. So its looking like I'm going to have to deal with the pain (not sure I can but not sure what else to do,unless I just make myself pain free for good). I've been getting prescribed #180/ month and now I'm being told by my PCP that they can only write for 60/ month. It looks like I'm gonna be heading down withdrawal lane and I'm terrified. I have been taking norco 10/325 and the pills say watson 853 for some reason the last ones I got where a smaller version and looked shiny compared to my older ones that were a little bigger and more dull looking with a chalky film left in the bottle these new ones that are shiny don't have that chalky film to them and the imprint looks a little different as well. It is not something u would really notice without really looking at them or having one to compare it to. Would these be some kind of fake pill or geneic version. The pill is capsule form with absolutely no imprint. Half dark brown and half tan/light brownish in color. (I don't know my in between colors but I'd say tan is the best description for one half but it looks a little too light greyish to be tan. Anyways my friend gave me a few and said it was hydrocodone 15mg.. I tried one and it is definitely stronger than the norco 10's which I was prescribed after knee surgery. If there's any pills that come remotely close, I'd imagine them to be Mucinex DM or Guaifenesin + pseudoephedrine tablets.
