I located a white oval shaped tablet imprinted with "IP" on one side of a score line and "272" on the other side. This is a white, oblong shaped pill with CYP 274 imprinted on it. what is it? ## I have this oval shaped pill in a bag. It is cyp 274 on the pill. Also I have one that has R180 on it. I cared for my mother, who passed away on Nov 2nd from leukemia and have many different pills and not sure what they are for. We also have many medications that she only took for a day or two.
