i just found this pill, it is like a cream color capsule (the kind that opens up) with absolutely no identifying information on it ## Hmmm, this would be difficult if not impossible to identify without actually performing a lab analysis. Prescription drugs in the U.S. are all regulated by the FDA, and are required to have unique imprint codes on them. This ensures that no two meds can get confused. Having a capsule with no markings on it indicates one of the following possibilities: - Over the counter med - Foreign country med - illegal substance - the letters or numbers on it somehow faded or disappeared over time Sorry I can't provide a more conclusive response. Please understand that it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack without any definitive markings. Like I menti...

I found a pink and cream colored capsule with a rx or hourglass looking symbol and 311 over 50 imprint I need to know what this is if anyone could help. Thanks ## Hi monica, I haven't come across an exact match to your pill yet, but I did find out that Teva Pharmaceuticals puts an hourglass symbol on some of their pills (i.e. two small triangles facing one another). A good example of what I'm describing the hour glass symbol to look like is portrayed in a 50mg orange Cyclosporine capsule. If you google that maybe it'll give you an idea of who the manufacturer is... Does anyone else recognize this pill as something made by Teva?

What is a small round pale peach colored pill with E173 imprinted on it? ## What pill is this and what is it used for ## Sherry: lisinopril / hctz is a med to help control blood pressure. ## Lisinopril hctz 20/25 is causing me to have hives all over my body, intense itching to the point I feel I am in an "outer body experience". The pharmacist told me the hctz is a histamine and after taking it for almost one month, it is now officially in my body, and my body has an allergy to it. So I've stopped taking it now, am taking a prednisone pac and using the hell out of benadryl cream and taking over the counter benadryl. I am ravaged. How long will this last somebody? ## I have had the same horrible rash/hives all over my body from this. How long did it take before it went comple...

Approx 15 mm long white capsule with one clear end cap outside is has brown spots inside contains white small balls ## Hi Steve, I just thought I'd ask, does the pill have any imprints or markings of any sort? Most prescription medications have an imprint(s) to ensure that the pill(s) can be identified. If it doesn't have an imprint, it could've been smudged off at some point or it could likely be a vitamin or other OTC medication. Please post back with more details regarding this pill, if at all possible. Thank you!

It is an off white cream colored pill that is shaped like a football blank on one side and a line through the center on the other side no other markings ## Where did you find it? If there are no markings, then it is most likely an over the counter product, since all manufactured prescription medications in the U.S. are required to have imprints to enable their identification in case of an emergency. However, there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. But, the reason I'm asking where you found it is because some products are regional, so the general location may help to narrow it down. Does anyone else recognize this?

I need help Identifying a small (possibly 20mg) <1cm pill. It's yellow, although a bit cream, round like a puck, scored on one side, flat on the other. There is only one imprint on one of the halfs of the scored side <3mm in size which could be best described as a lowercase cursive e (small loop, like a 6 with the end of the #'s line extended)

I found a beige or possibly tan / cream colored pill. It is round, film-coated, and has the number 40 printed on it (not imprinted). The "40" looks like brownish ink. Nothing else on the pill. Wondering what it is. ## I found a pill with 40 written in dark ink. What could it be please? I found it in my teenagers room :(

I found a pill that is round, brown/cream color & no imprint. Any ideas? ## With no imprint I can say that it is definitely NOT codeine manufactured in the US. Basically all drugs manufactured here are required to carry unique markings so that they can be easily identified. With that said, it could very well be an over the counter supplement, or perhaps even something from overseas. All in all I'd say to dispose of it. Safety first! Or if you want to spend a hefty amount of $$ you can pay a lab to analyze it, but I doubt that'd be worth your time. Hope this helps! Would you happen to know where this pill is from / how you came across it?
