I have a white or cream colored oblong pill and it is a fairly large pill. It is scored in the middle and on the left it has 93 and on the right it has 2264. I also have a white round pill with a fancy V on one side, and 2355 on the other side. Please help me identify them! ## 93 2264 is Amoxicillin 875mgs, an antibiotic. 2355 V contains Acetaminophen 325mgs, Butalbital 50mgs and Caffeine 40mgs, a generic for Fiorcet. 1st - oblong oval white pill has IP 137 on one side and 800 on back. 2nd - small light yellow round pill with M 89 on it. 3rd - small white round pill with AN 627 on it. 4th - small white and yellow capsule with ETHEX on yellow part and 041 on white part. ## IP 137 This is Ibuprofen 800mgs, a generic for Motrin. M89 is Meloxicam 15mgs, a generic for Mobic. These are both nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories. AN627 is Tramadol 50mgs, a generic for Ultram. This is derived from an opiate, so it is classified as a narcotic, but it does not carry the side effects of a narcotic and acts as an anti-inflammatory in the body. One is peach colored and has 532 written on one side and MD on the other. The other is white and has 790 on one side and SZ on the other. Both are small and round. ## MD532 is Methylphenidate 20mgs, a generic for Ritalin. SZ790 This is not listed in the U.S. prescription drug databases, sorry. ## The SZ 790 is a also generic form of Ritalin - Methylphenidate 20 mg.

I suspect based on the spelling, that this particular pill MAY contain 200 mgs of "Cimetidine". This drug is indicated for use in treating symptoms of GERD (such as heardburn, acid reflux, gastric ulcers, as well as some stomach disorders). I have a bottle of this, L5B3 and yes, I am Canadian. It is "Life" brand 650mg extended relief tablets of Acetaminophen for Arthritis Pain ## I am also from Canada and those pills L5B3 white oblong pills are as described. I am on clonidine .3 I got a pill i didnt recognize and it had 3580 on it with a cursive V on the back and I looked it up and its hydrocortisone 20 milligram I went on 5 different sites it said the same thing.
