You should always contact your Vet before using any medication on you pet. ## @Colleen, Cats is right about contacting your vet first, especially when it comes to administering "prescription-only" medications like Clindamycin. From what I understand, determining the proper application for pets is usually based on the weight/size of the animal. However, a vet would surely be able to give you more specific details on how much to give your dog, w...

Light Blue pill oblong , only number" 131" on pill ## Hi Pattay, There don't appear any photographs on the internet that depict what shade of blue it is or the placement of the imprint, but the closest description I'm seeing to yours is a blue capsule-shaped pill with a marking of 131, that reportedly contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen + 25mgs of Diphenhydramine hydrochloride (Also known as Tylenol PM); which is used for the temporary relief of headaches, minor pain, & sleeplessness. For verification, the manufacturer is listed as Velocity Pharma and carries a National Drug Code of 76168-011. Furthermore, the size of the pill is posted at 18mm. Does this sound like a possibility?

I don't have a photograph to show you, but I believe the pill's National Drug Code (66689-0810) should suffice as another point of reference. I have found a capsule that is beige and red. It is inscribed with IP 136 on both ends of the same side of the capsule. I am trying to figure out what this is. Can you help? Thanks, Missy ## I don't have a definite ID yet, but suspect that the manufacturer is Amneal Pharmaceuticals. Going to work on getting in touch with them to see if they can help... ## Just got off the phone with Amneal at 866.525.7270 - I must say that when I called in a live person answered the phone right away and they were very friendly. I read the inscription to them, and they were able to find out that this is an old discontinued product (which explains why it's not coming up in any pill ID references). Anyways, they stated that IP 136 is a generic form of Midrin, produced by Interpharm (before they wer...

Anyone? Found this in the kitchen cupboard. Its small, round, brownish rusty colored with a 13 printed in black on one side. Blank on the other side. ## @blah, Based on your description the closest thing I'm finding is a 50MG Amitriptyline hydrochloride tablet, used for treating depression, anxiety, as well as a number of other conditions. Unfortunately I haven't come across any photos of the pill online, so I'm unable to verfity the color of the imprint/ink being used. However it's description reports a round brown pill that has " I3 " marked on one side and is blank on the other side. Additionally, the manufacturer is listed as Accord Healthcare. Does this sound like it could be a possible match?
