I have the same thing . Oxycodone Hcl 5 mg is what I was told ( and the prescription bottle says ) a nurse friend said she never heard or saw them b4 . Didn't do much for my neck pain so I'm dbl checking . Scary ( lime u said ) hard to find info online bout these . Will keep looking myself to be safe .

I have a close friend that uses this pill as a recreational drug. I try to convince her that it can't be good for her but me not having any knowledge of the effects of it makes my argument a bit ineffective. I believe she uses them with Percocet pills. I found a small white round pill that is marked with just a 5 on one side and blank, but deeply scored on the other side. ## Hi Bruce, Generic Percocet made by Mallinckrodt, containing 5mgs of oxycodone + 325mgs of acetaminophen is really the only thing that comes remotely close to your description upon doing a google search. This particular tablet is marked with "512" on one side and is scored on the other. For added verification, it is also reported to be approximately 12.00 mm in diameter. Maybe that could help determine if there are other similarities as well. Any chance there could've been more numbers that were potentially faded/smudged off your pill? Need help identifying a small round white pill. Front of pill is scored in the center with and imprint of an odd shaped E on top and 50 beneath, back of pill is blank.
