It is cheaper than any pill and it can even become free if you grow it. There are numerous health benefits to consuming large portions of fruit as opposed to other carbohydrate sources and you will drop weight without much effort at all if it is your primary food of choice. My question is, why pay for something to harm your body when you can just make better food choices in the first place?

What are the long term side effects? ## I'm not sure which one you are talking about, there are several different formulations of Demograss products, however, all of them are claimed to be natural and based on Artichoke extracts. That said, since these are over the counter products and not prescription medications, there is really no way to answer your questions, because they are not tested for safety and efficacy, as is done with actual medications. It was a purple pill and it seemed to really work, the results were noticeable right away, but I can't seem to find out where she got them . ## Have you asked you friend the name of them and where she got them? These pills are round,1/4-3/8, shiny coated, medium bright pink, on one side G-815 is printed in black, on the other side 815 is printed. I can't find any info on the many websites I've checked.
