Oval small pill with 10 on the back and the front is smooth. I found it and would love to know what it could be? I have grandchildren and I would hate for them to have gotten a hold of it. I found a pill in my front yard from a homeless person that was sitting there. It is oblong pure white with Ex on one side. What is it. My guess is an Excedrin.
