I'm trying to identify a white oval pill with irpm on one side and 121 on the other. It was given to me as a blood pressure prescription, but from what I'm reading it's for pain. ## Hi Lloyd, can you please confirm the imprint? In the title you wrote "rph 121", but in your message you wrote "irpm on one side and 121 on the other". I also see a related thread on this site asking a similar question about a white pill with "rph 121" and they stated that this is a Canadian medication. Is that the case for you too? Lastly, where were you reading that this is for pain? Do you have any other details about the manufacturer or drug name that could be used as a cross reference? ## It is purchased in Canada. What kind of a pill has the number ten on one side and the letter U and the numbers 358 on the other side? ## I think the U is really a lowercase 'n'. The one I have has 10 in the middle on one side, 358 and a score mark in the middle of the pill, and a lowercase n on the left side. It is white and oval, kinda bigger than normal Vicodin. ## A white oval pill imprinted with "n | 358" on one side and "10" on the other is reportedly identified as Hydrocodone bitartrate (10 mg) + Acetaminophen (325 mg). For verification, the manufacturer is listed as Novel Laboratories Inc. and the pill itself carries a National Drug Code of 40032-358. Also, if turned upside down, the "n" could easily be mistaken for a "U" as depicted in Carrie's post. I hope this...

solid white pill, almost 1/4" or just slightly higher with defined smooth sides - long oval pill approximately 3/4 inches long....the bottle top has the word Pain on it....can you tell me what this is? ## Hi Julie, Unfortunately, there's really no way to ID a pill without an imprint. All Rx and OTC drugs in the U.S. are required by law to have an imprint; otherwise it could be a vitamin, herbal, energy, diet, foreign or illicit. Since the word "Pain" is written on the bottle top, I can only guess that the pills are some kind of OTC pain medication like Acetaminophen, Excedrin, or Tylenol. Where did you find the pills?
