I found a pill in my front yard from a homeless person that was sitting there. It is oblong pure white with Ex on one side. What is it. My guess is an Excedrin. I've been given this white oblong (capule shaped? Not sure what the shape is called) pill with a scorching down the middle and one side is blank the other side has a Q & 300 imprinted on either side of the scorching. I've been told it's a sleeping aid but just wanted to verify exactly what the pill is ## I have the same problem mine is supposed to be quetiapine 300mg. These are the pills that I have that I can't seem to identify. 1) First one is made by Pharmascience in Canada. It is bright orange, round, scored on one side, marked PMS on the upper scored portion and 10 on the lower half. The other side is blank, no score or markings. 2) Second one is also a Pharmascience pill. It's round, paler orange, and it has their logo on one side, a P with a circle behind it.
