I am wondering if dilaudid is stronger than oxycontin? morphine? norco? norco 10/325? liquid 40ml norco 2.5mg/5ml? ## Dilaudid contains the active ingredient Hydromorphone. That said, it is a potent narcotic, and what it is stronger than depends on the dosage of each. It is not stronger than most dosages of Oxycodone, but is stronger than some. Oxycodone is the strongest product on the market approved to treat pain. Whether it is stronger than the others also depends on what dose of the Dilaudid you're asking about. Was this prescribed for you? You can read more about it here: ## Actually, Opana (oxymorphone) is about 2 to 3 times stronger than oxycodone, or contin. I went from a oxy 30mg ER to an Opana 10mg and have had the best results as far as pain relief. ## can you list the le... ...

what is stronger than the ah 627 for severe pain

with neuropathy of the legs & deterioration on the verterbae in the neck #5-#8, i need something mellow feeling & strong enough to combat the pain: what is the next level above ah647? ## Hello, Angela! How are you? I'm very sorry that you're in pain. This tablet is manufactured by Amneal Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 50mgs of Tramadol, which is actually a very mild opioid analgesic. Thus, most others available are stronger, including Norco, Dilaudid, Roxicodone and many others. Have you discussed it with your doctor? They should be able to help you discover which one might be best for you. The FDA classifies these medications as being narcotic analgesics, so they carry the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness,... ...

what pain pills work better than norco

Can I take norco 10/325 flexed all 10 mg with a stacker 2 ## Hi Meddie, There are quite a few different pain meds to choose from that are allegedly stronger than Norco (Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen). Oxycodone in my research seems to be the next step up the latter, but some chronic pain patients may feel that Tramadol, Morphine, Opana, or Dilaudid would be better alternatives. I for one have never taken anything other than Hydrocodone and Morphine in the realm of narcotic analgesics, so I can only go off charts on the web and my own experience, which tells me that Morphine provided greater relief than Hydrocodone after a nose surgery I had done several years ago. If you're able to I'd encourage you to talk with your doctor about this just to see what s/he recommends... And as far a... ...

What is the difference between narco's and dilaudid

I have chronic moderate pain on my side at the bottom of my ribs from a fall into my bath tub which drug would be better Mario's or dilaudid? ## Hello, Lisa! How are you doing? I'm sorry that you're in pain. Norco contains Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen. Dilaudid contains the active ingredient Hydromorphone and it is the stronger of the two. It only takes 1.25mgs of it to be equivalent to 5mgs of the Hydrocodone. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. However, it really depends on which one works best for you. Have you taken either of them, before? ...

yellow oval pill v/36 01 ## This contains Acetaminophen 325mgs and Hydrocodone 10mgs, it is a generic for Norco. This is a narcotic pain reliever, very strong and addictive. ## I wouldn't say they are "very strong", they are strong if you're not used to narcotic pain relievers, much stronger than a darvocet, tylenol 3, or even a plain vicodin 5/500, but weak compared to pain relievers such as percocet, roxycodone, morphine, dilaudid, demerol, oxycontin, fentanyl, and the many other stronger painkillers on the market. I HIGHLY agree that they're very addictive though. I struggled with addiction to vicodin and norco, so I know how addictive they are. ## in trouble need 5 10mg vicodin to feel ok a day ...
