norco or percocet
hi, ive been on Norco 10/325 for about two years now and my pain on a scale of 1-10 is a 10, what could I take that is stronger, ive thought about Percocet for a while but not sure. thanks nona ## Hi nona, Sorry to hear about the challenges you're having with pain management. A few other options that come to mind as far as being something potentially stronger than Norco, are those names listed below: Percocet Percodan Meperidine Dextropropoxyphene Hydromorphone (Opana) Although medications like percocet or percodan may be similar in potency to norco, the fact of the matter is that each type of drug can, and often does effect each personal differently (largely influenced by one's individual tolerance and body chemistry). So no matter which medication you end up going with, there... ...

percocet vs norco
I'm taking percocet 10/650mg.I have (DDD),(Athritis)and the list goes on.I have a friend on Norco. Can you tell me what the difference is between them and the highest mg.the norco comes in.THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!! ## The Percocet is way better then the Norco bro, and the reason is because Percocet is Oxycodone and Norco is Hydrocodone. what im trying to say is Oxycodone is a stronger and longer lasting Opiate then Norco. i mean it does not matter if u take them both either at the same time, just make sure to watch how much Tylenol/Acetaminophen ur taking, try not to take more 4000 to 5000mgs cause it can damage ur liver. The best Percocet you can get is 10-650 and 10-325 The best Norco you can get is 10-325 or Lorcets which are 10-650 . Hope this helped in anyway at all and fell free ... ...

Norco 10 3 25 Vs Percocet
I've been taking Norco 10/3.25 for years for severe chronic pain--It's now no longer effective at all--I'm wondering about changing to Percocet 10/3.25 and whether this would be a stronger, more effective and longer lasting med to take--I've tried also Oxy.10 mg. hcl and they work so so and notice I need to take way more often than I ever did with Norco. I don't want to go this route at all!! I'm hoping the Percocet would change all this. Does it? ## I personally was in the same situation as you and I changed from Norco to percocet 10 325. It's much more effective then the Norco was but they have the same time frames. I sampled for a while 15 milligram oxycodones and didn't like those because there is no acetaminophen. I'm glad I made the change 2 per... ...

Lorcet Vs Percocet
What is the medication with these markings IP204? ## This tablet contains 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, this combination could be considered a generic for either one, though many doctors refer to Lorcet as being the product that contains 650mgs of the Acetaminophen. This is a narcotic pain reliever, so it may cause side effects, such as: nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and constipation. Learn more: Is there anything else I can help with? ## My apologies, it's been one of those mornings. Lorcet would actually contain Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone, so the tablet you were asking about would be a generic for Percocet, because it contains Oxycodone and Acetaminophen. ## which is considered a stronger medication overall, Lorecet or Norco? I realize that dosages make a diffe... ...

is there a 15 mg hydrocodone pill
i take norco 10/325 and wonder is there a stronger hydrocodone pill such as 15/325 ## No, the maximum amount currently available on the market is 10mgs of Hydrocodone. The only way to get a higher dosage than that is if your doctor specially orders it and it is put together for you by a compounding pharmacy. Hydrocodone is a potent narcotic and is rarely given in higher doses. Usually, when someone isn't getting the pain relief they need from it, they move on to something else, such as Percocet, which contains Acetaminophen and Oxycodone. It is still a narcotic and can cause side effects, such as: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth. Learn more: Are there any other questions or comments? ## Try not to go up to percet. I went to percet 10/325 from norco 10/325. They take over... ...

yellow oval v/36 01
yellow oval pill v/36 01 ## This contains Acetaminophen 325mgs and Hydrocodone 10mgs, it is a generic for Norco. This is a narcotic pain reliever, very strong and addictive. ## I wouldn't say they are "very strong", they are strong if you're not used to narcotic pain relievers, much stronger than a darvocet, tylenol 3, or even a plain vicodin 5/500, but weak compared to pain relievers such as percocet, roxycodone, morphine, dilaudid, demerol, oxycontin, fentanyl, and the many other stronger painkillers on the market. I HIGHLY agree that they're very addictive though. I struggled with addiction to vicodin and norco, so I know how addictive they are. ## in trouble need 5 10mg vicodin to feel ok a day ...

urine lab tests?????
I have been on Norco 10-325 for pain management. Today I went to pick up script. My doctor did a urine test. She came out and told me that my urine showed traces of a stronger drug and asked me if I had taken percocet. I have not and told her that. She said that she was going to send it to a lab for more extensive testing and if it came back positive we would have to talk again. My question is how can this happen when I have taken nothing except my perscribed meds. My dr had tried me on 800mgs of neurontin earlier in the month which I was allergic to and had to stop after about a week and a half. Also just recently I have had a severe kidney infection and have been taking Cipro and peridium for about four days. Could any of those mess with the results? I am so confused and afraid my doc... ...
