I have been taking zoloft 50 mg for 6 years now. I felt my anxiety coming back a little stronger so my doctor up my dose 25 mg. so I have been taking a total of 75 mg for 2 months. I have been having bad problems with dizziness and lightheadness. I thought that the side affects would diminish but they are strong as ever. How Do You Avoid Yen Sleep
4 Replies RSS
I am finding that when I take my PRN (as needed) dose of IR morphine any time after 4 pm, no matter what I take, lorazepam, ambien, phenergan, soma that I can't fall asleep and if I do it's that "yen" type of sleep where I am kind of in a trance. I am finding that I need the PRN dosing more and more at night so what can I do to counter the effects. In the day it makes me sleepy but at night it's completely different. I've asked my doctor about it and for a different solution but he says there is nothing stronger or better that he can prescribe that I can afford - I don't have prescription coverage. I've looked into the affordability of some of the other options and they are more than my mortgage! I can't qualify for any RX assistance because I am on M... ...

My mom died two weeks after receiving two doses of mylotarg in May of 2010. Since her death certificate says her death was due to AML no attorney or doctor wants to discuss if the mylotarg may have caused her death. Does anyone know of anyone our family can talk to about this drug. ## I'm sorry, I wish I could help you, but I really don't know of anyone that you could talk to, or how you'd get anyone to change their minds as to the cause of death, which would have to be the first step. I am also very sorry for your loss. I have a vial of fentanyl 50 ml single dose vial. Is it still safe to inject? ## It wouldn't be recommended if it expired back in 2007, not only has it lost some effectiveness by now, but it is also likely that some of the ingredients have started to settle out, which could create risks of blockages, if you try to use it. will bactrim work if you are on azulfidine
1 Reply RSS
I have been on Azulfine for many years. Very low dose right now. I have an infection from surgery and my doc put me on bactrim. I see it has a sulfa component. I am wondering if it is going to heal a skin infection ## Hi, Lisa! How are you? Actually, the Azulfidine tends to increase the efficacy of the Sulfamethoxazole in the Bactrim, which may make it work better, but it also increases the risk of adverse side effects. You can learn more Azulfidine details here and you can find more Bactrim details here. In light of that, you should check with your doctor and make sure they are safe to take together, because sulfa based antibiotics can cause some problematic side effects. Is there anything else I can help with? ...

Verapamil Er 240 Mg Tablet
4 Replies RSS
Can this tablet be split in half for 2 120 Mg doses? ## I'm discussing Verapamil 240 er. ## No, the ER stands for Extended release, so breaking or cutting the tablet is not safe to do, because it could result in your getting too much of the medication at once. ER tablets are designed to slowly release the medication throughout the day, so there is really no need to break them in half and split the dosage. If you feel that it isn't working for the length of time it should and feel that you need to split up the dosage, then you should speak to your doctor about getting a prescription for the regular release tablets. Verapamil is a calcium channel blocker that is most commonly used to help lower high blood pressure. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and ... ...
