I need the Lot # for the medication described above. It was purchased at Wal-Mart in Elk City, OK 20221. E 1110 County RD 73644. Org. Rx 11/25/2013. There is a small # on the very right side of the bottle. It is located right under the second to last digit of the store's telephone #. It is 10-0134. I was talking Gabapentin 400 mg capsule orange and white but after 5 years the store change to Gabapentin 400 mg orange brown i don't know what to do because I loss weight with orange white and i don't want to gain weight i was 290 I'm at 220 do you think i may got the wrong one ## This is a generic medication, so whichever one your pharmacy carries may changed, depending on who was offering the cheapest price, at the time they needed to restock their supply. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood swings, and weight changes. What are the markings on them? I was also given hydrocortisone/apap 5-325 (1-2 tablets every 4-6 tablets). I know the latter is for pain, what about gabapendin, will that help my pain. I am 4 days post surgery, still lots of pain. Although it does not sound like what you have I can post that the one which I am referring to is Sertraline 100 mg (an anti-depressant). my friend gave me a teal colored capsule with no imprints and said it was a Roxy ## Based on my research Roxicodone's dosage forms do not come in teal blue capsules or any capsule for that matter. However there is a conspiracy going around throughout various forums on Google, stating that its generic equivalent (oxycodone) comes in an unmarked blue capsule. This would only be the case if the pill was either foreign or made in a home lab and sold on the street; since the FDA requires that all prescription drugs have a unique imprint to identify them by. Personally, I wouldn't trust an unmarked pill. It could literally be anything.
