Has anyone used Nasacort (nasal spray) for Vertigo? ## Yes, actually i was this week. I've been having vertigo for 4 weeks probably a total of 6 times, happens very suddenly. My doctor wants me to try this spray and then come back if it is still happening, i've been using the spray for 3 days and it happened today. So i'm not the confident that its working really, my thought is that its an infection of some kind, not just an allergic reaction. ## Some cases of vertigo are known to be caused by allergies, in such cases, treating the allergy, and its symptoms can help treat the vertigo. The FDA does warn that Nasacort may cause side effects, such as dry nose, bloody nose, funny taste in mouth, nausea, and dizziness. Ref: Nasacort Information Is there anything else I can help w...

dosage ## For some reason my Insurance company will not approve the product. This is the only one that will work. I have tried many others but Veramist is the best for me. Do you have any kind of coupons? ## To clarify for future viewers of this post. This site does not manufacture, prescribe, nor sell any medications or products, it is an information only website, so it is not in any way affiliated with Veramyst or its manufacturers. It is a nasal spray that contains the active ingredient Fluticasone, which is a steroid class medication that's most commonly used to treat nasal allergy symptoms. Learn more Veramyst details here. That said, at this time, I am not finding any coupons available for this product. Are there any questions or comments? ## If you're looking for a possib...

I am presently using this treatment as prescribed. I become relieved for the nasl part but have lung constrictions and wheezing breathing, I end up using anti allergy drugs to open up. What could be the cause?, I started suspecting the preservatives because I am also allergic to many things. C O Maphai ## Have you consulted your primary care physician, again? It is likely that your allergies are more severe than you though, and you may need some further medications to get them under control. Have you ever tried using an inhaler to help with the wheezing? Are you on any other medications?

The link below is to a compounding pharmacy in Atlanta, GA. I have no affiliation, association or experience with them. I am posting this for the excellent and accurate information it contains. I have used ketamine intranasal spray at 50, 100, and 150 mg/ml solutions. Around 200 mg/ml, it may not remain dissolved. I have found that nasal administration of ketamine can play an important role in continued recovery from severe treatment-resistant depression, without the great expense and inconvenience of IV infusions. pavilioncompounding.com/blog/ketamine-nose-spray-for-depression-and-pain-management ## Hi I was wondering if you were able to dissaccosiate with the nasal spray like you do with the infusions? I have been given this as a preparation called Rhino hexal for nasal congestion by a greek pharmacist (i'm British on business here - dont speak much greek!), all the instructions are in greek, and i just wanted to know dosage (he said 1 puff 3 hourly) and if its safe ## This took some searching, since it's not available in the U.S., but I did find the information for you. The dosing is actually 1 to 3 puffs every 8 hours in each nostril, as needed. Learn more Xylometazoline details here. Side effects may include blurred vision, dizziness, headache and nausea, so you may want to make sure you aren't going to drive after you use it, until you see how it affects you. Is there anything else I can help with?

## I have been a Nasal Crom user since Oct. o7. Began using it as a treatment of outdoor mold allergy. This was on my own. My allergy caused chest congestion, fast irregular heartbeat and Afib. This spray has been like magic. Nothing else had given me any relief. We live in Salt Lake City and it is terrible for outdoor mold. Even in the winter--it snows quits drys wind blows and I am in the doctors office. ## My husband just started using NasalCrom for chronic cough that he has had for years. The doctors had tried everything including sinus surgery, prescription sprays, mucinex, nasal rinses, etc. etc. The pulmonary doctor finally said he was giving up but to try NasalCrom. The cough stopped almost immediately. We feel it is truly a miracle after all these years of misery. ## Wow! I am ...

Anyone know of one in Michigan? Seen it can greatly increase female libido. If anyone knows of a doctor that would be amazing! ## I'm sorry, but there is no listing of doctors according to what they will or will not prescribe that I can refer to for you. If you're having libido issues, you should consult a gynecologist for help, they specialize in such problems. Depending on what's causing your problem, this might not be the appropriate drug to help. Are there any other questions or concerns? ## Cannabis is fantastic for the female libido.

Hello, Just started on imitrex nasal spray 2 days ago, had to use 2nd dose at exactly the 2 hour mark the first night ('alarm clock headache' at 5am). Used it tonight and an hour later vomited, felt a little better, but still have lingering headache. Is this all normal? As it is the weekend, cannot verify with my PMD, and just want to make sure I am taking it properly - should I be lying down, head upright? Any better way of administration? And is it ok that I am taking advil/excedrin migraine along with it when I feel it is not working? ## Hello, Kimg! How are you? Unless you've been specifically instructed otherwise, such sprays should always be used while sitting or standing upright. The nausea, vomiting and mild headache can all be side effects of Imitrex, along with diz...

I have the nasal spray version of this product. I can't take oral meds as they make me throw up. This one has expired but I was tempted to take it for my chronic acute sciatica. It is two years old but it is an aerosol, so no air gets to it. ## The FDA does not recommend that you use expired medications, since they can lose effectiveness over time. You can read more about proper disposal on MedlinePlus. Thus, it would be best to dispose of it and see your doctor for new prescription. Is there anything else I can help with?

Where you referring to the product manufactured by NeilMed that is a sinus rinse called NasaFlo? If so, it is just a saline rinse to help clear the sinuses. I have been using this spray for almost 2 mo. and have developed ringing in my ears(tinnitus) so I stopped it and went to an ear, nose &throat Dr. who told me to go on a low salt diet and resume the Veramyst. Haven't been able to find the tinnutis as a side effect of this drug so I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem with it ## yes, been taking for 1 week now (2 doses each nostril, 1xday) and I've just developed really bad tinnutis in both ears about 20mins after the last dosing. I've never had that before so I'm assuming it is a side-effect. ## Yes, I have had tinnitus for many years due to a bad fall skiing. It recently got much worse and I suspected the Veramyst which I stopped. When I started it again recently the ringing got worse. I'm really int...

I started using Olopatadine 665 MCG nasal spray back in the middle of April. Initially it was giving me headaches so I wasn’t using it a lot, now that it’s August and ragweed is really bad I’ve been using it regularly. I read the paperwork the pharmacy prints and I don’t remember seeing a warning that it can eat a hole in your face, but the insert in the box with the bottle certainly states that it can, but it claims it takes 12 months. I am here to warn you to tell you that it caused an ulcer in my nose after less than four months. It started happening pretty quickly, I just didn’t realize what was happening. I thought it was just dryness up there. Nope. The good news is that as soon as I stopped using it and I applied some petroleum jelly to the ulcer a c...
