Why do Pristiq only come in 100 or 50 mg tablets. I have to take 150mg daily and i am therefore having to pay for both scripts each month which is rather costly. ## Studies have shown that even though it is safe to take pristiq in doses greater than 100 mg it has shown no increased effectiveness. Hello I have been on Amplodipine 5mg tablets for 18 months but my ankles kept swelling up. They have changed my tablets to Losartan Krka 50mg which I did not take as I thought they made a mistake by giving me 50mg tabs instead of 5mg. I seem to have weakened nerves in my feet. ## According to the site 1mg, the drug SPIN appears to contain Sparfloxacin 200 mg manufactured by Lancer Health Care Pvt Ltd. Does that information appear on your prescription label? If so, then it is an antibiotic, so I am not sure if it will help with neurological issues, unless a bacterial infection is the underlying cause.
