I had 2 BPs taken in two days, BP was 157/100 and 157/105; I was recently prescribed Losartan 25 mg. The note from the doctor in my file this morning said to increase to 50 mg. I was on Lisinopril 5 mg, so while waiting to hear from someone I took the Lisinopril 5 mg. which I had normal BP while on it. What should I do? ## Hello, Lynda! How are you doing? You should follow your doctor's instructions to take the Losartan at 50mgs. It is an ARB and may cause side effects, such as nausea, headache, stomach pain, dry cough and increased urination. Were you abruptly switched from the Lisinopril to the Losartan? If so, that might have caused these elevations, you may have experienced a slight rebound effect and it could take awhile for the Losartan to kick in and lower your blood pressure.

i humbly seek help regarding the med sleepasil. i am diabetic & been regulary drinking pioglitazone 30 mg before dinner & likewise taking my levemir determir insulin shots of 13 units before breakfast & 8 units before dinner. i think i have insomnia that is why i wanted to try sleepasil. is it alright to this med together with my diabetic med & insulin?

I have had varying degrees of depression for 25 years now. I have tried 6 or7 of the SSRI'S. Mostly Prozac. Most recently Zoloft. I have never found total relief of symptom with any of these meds. I am on day 6 of the starter pack. So far, so good! I will keep you posted! ## Viibryd is pretty much like most of the others, there are people that have good luck with it and those that don't. Sir, This is for general information, my son has once caught with epilepsy at the age of 3, now he is 11 years old and from that incident onwards our doctors prescribed him valparine 200 syrup till 2014 January after that given him epilex chorno 200 as well as 300 for the day (300 for morning time and 200's 2 tablet in the evening, now he is weighing 27.5 kg. I want to know what is exact effects of using all these medicines, as a growing child. Please let me know as early as possible.

I take 1 Xanax 3 times daily as needed for anxiety. They are 1mg each. And I also have a severe back injury witch I'm taking methadone for pain. I take 3 10mg tablets 2 times a day. My Question is When I'm taking my Xanax in the morning and my methadone should I Only take one of the type of medication and wait for some time before I take the other. So I live about 20 miles outside st. louis, missouri and seen a new pain management dr. He prescribed me the same thing my intern dr. gave me which was 50mcg fentanyl every 48 hours. He also prescribed me percocet 10/325 which doesn't agree with me nor anything in that class of meds, and I remember darvocet, which back in the early 90's 3 dr's were giving them to me n I was young n dumb then and it was the first pain pill I ever took. I was getting 180 a month u know that n between drinking at 29 I almost ended up dying from liver failure. i just went to my pain doctor for the first time under the new law, he wrote me a prescription for 2 months and said go to any pharmacy. i'm taking norco 7.5/325 took it to walgreens, and they filled the 60 day suppy with no problem. before my doctor was dispensing meds at his office. so this was the first time at a pharmacy. it went smooth but took about 30 minutes for first time red tape. ## Hello, Marc! I take lamictal 300 lithium 900 and viibryd 10 I have a lot of pressure in my head and bad diaherra. I combine words when I talk or leave words out. what is the best sleep medication? ## Just like the trance song, I can't get no sleep. That is how I feel every night when I get home from work. I do customer service and after 8 hours of listening to idiots scream at me; I usually go home eat watch spike tv and try to go to bed. Well, that does not work to well. So I Tried G-Monster. I am taking xarelto for 2.5 months now for afib, but not in afib all the time but taking beta blocker & rythm pills. Just went to er yesterday because of bloating or pressure under left rib since being on these pills. had few xrays of ribs , ultra sound & now cat scan, nothing. i know it can be stomach problems but er doctor thinks I don't need all these meds. the Chads score was 1 yesterday. Can I stop my meds for a day its Sunday, before I can reach my doctor on Monday. I think this medication is messing with my heart & making my bloating worst each time I take these.
