I was unable to find acxion this time when I went to mexico. They gave me terfamex instead. I'm nervous of taking it because I don't know side effect. It also comes in capsule so I can't break it in half like I am use to with acxion. Can anyone identify this pill. It small round pill that is pink or peach colored with darker peach specs in the pill. One side is scored once. The closest match I found is a product called "Sab Simplex" (Simethicone); which is used as an anti-foaming agent to reduce bloating or discomfort caused by excess gas in the stomach & bowels. Do you have any other details about the 'Simplex' that you're referring to? Perhaps you may be thinking of a different medication altogether if it's something that can only be bought in Mexico. How do I get prescribed oxycodone in mexico? I'm in Guadalahara and im getting major surgery done, but they do not prescribe oxycodone. i found a round white pill with the imprint MEX on top and under it 128 someone said its a percocet 5mg. I've never heard of or seen this pill before ## I've tried searching for this several times since I first saw your post, but I've had no luck finding anything, either in prescription drug databases or just general Google searching.
