Methylcobalamin Alpha Lipoic Acid Use

I get stomach cramps, being an old patient of Cardia Achalasia. But now there is no constriction in food pipe or any ulcers. I am on Pantaprazole and other anti acid drugs. The cramps give uneasy feeling and I cannot eat normal food. ## I am having back pain on lumber site since two year and numbness right leg and hand l operated by endoscopy before two years and now I have above problems

Recently I saw a neurologist physician for my neck to shoulder pain who asked me to take Pregabalin, Methylcobalamin and Alpha-Lipoic acid capsules for 3 months. I would like to know the side effects of this medicine? I am an 82 year old female and have osteoporosis as well.

Are there any such combinations of pregabalin, methylcobalamin, vitamin B6, alpha lipoic acid, and folic acid available? If so, in what brand names? I started taking it for low back pain but found it to cause constipation ## Trigabantin contains the active ingredients Gabapentin, Methylcobalamin and Alpha Lipoic Acid and yes, it can cause some constipation as a side effect.
