i want sleeping tablet i am living in bangalore without doctors prescription ## Hi Ravi, There are many different types of sleeping pills on the market that are available over-the-counter as dietary supplements and/or in the form of herbal remedies - commonly found at natural health food stores. Supplementing with melatonin is one viable option, but there are others such as essential oils (i.e. lavender), which can be great for helping a restless body/mind relax at night. I am prescribed 15mg of mobic daily I accidentally took another one today the first one was at 0800 am and then I messed up and took one at 6:15 pm. I was just prescribed 15mg tablets for intermitten inflamation in my ankle. I am not very confortable with taking a 15mg tablet every day or even on an "as needed" basis. The Ibuprofen in the Melfen and the Diclofenac in the Diclac are both nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, so essentially you'd be doubling up on the same thing.
