hi i've undergo surgery last year feb 2013 because of benign cyst/ paratubal cyst, my menstruation was regular before i've had a surgery but then it became years. after my surgery i've had my menstruation after 3 months because of provera then after that last aug 2013 i had my menstruation and then all of a sudden until now i dont have menstruation. so im worried if i have a cyst again but my doctor told me it will never come back. but why does my menstruation not coming? please help me. ## Hello, Eiry! I am 39, I've been on LoEtrin Fe and later Minastrin Fe for several years. I've always has some sort of period, even if it's just light for one or two days, usually some slight cramping but nothing like without the Pill, until about April or May, when I seemed to spot for a week before, had nothing the week of the iron pills, and then went right back to my regular schedule of white pills. The next month, normal, light period lasting about a day, a rather heavy one in September, some cramping but almost no spotting or anything in October, some minor cramping but also nothing in November, and I am just worried something is wrong. I have been on this pill for 11 months now... since September 2014. My periods were irregular at first but started to become more regular. In the middle of June I missed 2 pills in a row. I took them both the next day however. I then started my period a week early right after I took those 2 pills late (I was camping with girls who were on their period, so I figured that's why I started early). Once I got off of my period, I had unprotected intercourse with my boyfriend. I've been on sprintec for two years nowand have always been regular to the day to get my period except when had my son eight years ago. I'm now going on two cycles with no period and am worried. I forgot to take the pill at the same time for a few days. I've taken a test a week after I missed and it came back negative however with my son I had to take seven tests within three months before I got a positive result even though I was pregnant that entire time.
