For my wife, 73 yrs old,the drug by Indian Trade name manufactured by Aristo Labs has been prescribed, Your view on Lactobaccilus by trade name DarolacIBS 299Vis needed. ## My wife, aged 73 years started around 2008 with bloatup stmoach, usually after food, espicially after dinner around 9 pm, (we are vegetarians only) followed with vomittings followed with repeated vomittings about 8-10 times.She was admitted to the nearby Hospital to avoid dehydration. Possibly with saline water drip with antibiotics, she recovered and discharged. The same treatment in the hospital, happened again after a gap of about 18 months during 2010 and again in September 2012. I have had five attacks of sudden searing back pain in two years. I have diverticular disease and osteo- arthritis. The pain was so sudden and so intense that I thought I had slipped a disc but when my doctor examined me he said that there was no sign of a slipped disc and that the problem appears to be in the soft tissue. Prior to the last two attacks, I have had slight headaches and a rise in temperature the day before. The last attack was accompanied by very loose bowels and in the recovery period of every attack I have had the constant urge to defacate. In the penultimate attack, my tummy was as tight as a drum with pain in the groin area as well as the sacral area making it almost impossible to straighten up. If you're having bloody diarrhea, you need to have that checked out by your doctor, as soon as possible. Why did you go off of the Metformin? Hi I had a week of amoxycillin which didn't work on the abscess located deep under the root. Was then prescribed 5 days of Metronidazole which I started yesterday. My whole neck and chest had broken out in a rash which bleeds in places and I had such severe diahorrea yesterday evening that I nearly passed out with the tummy pain. This morning I passed a tiny tiny piece of BM followed by a large mucous piece of tissue/blood which I have never experienced in my life. Should I ask for a replacement antibiotic to treat the bacterial abscess or persevere with this treatment. My whole chin is also very red, with the jaw line sore to touch so it's obviously a very deep rooted serious infection. I am sufferng from diahorrea with mucus in stool for last 2 months. Doctor prescribed Fludac 10 along with other medicines ( Metrogyl compound etc.) Does the medicine help? ## Fludac contains the active ingredient Fluoxetine, which is an SSRI antidepressant. And I am really not sure if this one makes any sense, because it can cause diarrhea as a side effect, along with drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth. trade name = BUSCOPAN Each sugar coated tablet contains: Hyoscine Butylbromide I.P. 10mg ## U am using up to 8 a day 10mg tabs for 3 months now and have calcium deficiency now. I have diverticular disease. I use also omeprazole 20mg cap a day to stop return of peptic ulcer. side effects nausea diahorrea and constipation and ab. pain. am tempted to stop these prescription meds as they are making me more ill i believe.

Hi I have been recently diagnosed with 2 tumors in my liver from the breast cancer i also have bone mets. I have been commenced on Vinoralbine so far i have had 3 cycles the first cycle i become neutrapenic and spent 5 day's in hospital. The last 2 cycles havent been 2 bad the usual diahorrea tiredness nausea. Has anyone been on this chemo for the same diagnosis as myself if so how many cycles did u have and how effective was it. I am having a scan on the 2nd of Jan to see if i am responding to the chemo fingers crossed. This medication is a cephalosporin antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections such as pneumonia; bronchitis; gonorrhea; and ear, lung, throat, and urinary tract infections.
