I take Levothyroxin 100 mcg and replaced by Thyronorm 100 mg. is this comprable dosage and same effect? ## 1000 micrograms (mcg)= 1 milligram (mg) 100 mcg= .1 mg Since thyronorm and levothyroxine are one in the same medication (just different brand names), it becomes clear to me that levothyroxine 100mcg is a significantly smaller dose than thyronorm 100mg. That said, you will probably notice the difference in strength when switching to thyronorm. However I certainly wouldn't be able to tell you how this will effect you in comparison to your previous dosage, as everyone reacts to these medications differently. How many international units (I.U.) are in 2.0 mcg of Vitamin B12? ## 120mcg of Vitamin K2 is equivalent to how many IU? ## I have never seen vitamin B-12 measured in (I.U) international units. It's almost always measured in micrograms. From what I've read, 2.4 mcg per day, is reportedly the FDA's recommended dietary allowance (RDA) for vitamin B12. The conversion charts that I've come across supporting MCG to IU only pertain to the following vitamins: A, B1 through B6, C, D & E. Perhaps contacting a local pharmacy may be your best bet? However, it seems to me that as long as you can measure the recommended daily allowance (e.g. 100% daily value) then that should be adequate enough for determining how much should be taken in any 24hr period unless specifically told o...

What is the difference between Mclazide - M and Anclazide - M? I was prescribed Anclazide - M but unable to get this medicine and the pharmacy has given Mclazide - M as an option. Oblong, skinny, white pill with 650 on one side and McNeil on the other? ## Ortho McNeil pill with 650 is Ultracet. I am only guessing this because the pill for Ultracet has the imprint O-M 650 on it. Wonder if the pill you have is an older pill because Ortho McNeil is the one who currently manufactures the drugs. ## McNeil 650 ## I believe that the marking you were looking at is McNEIL 659, it is a 50mg Ultram tablet, which is a name brand for Tramadol. McNeil 650 white oblong tablet ## white, oblong, McNeil 650- what is this pill? ## Someone found a bottle of gold oblong tablets with MO or OM on one side and 650 on the other side. He said it was a large blottle of pills ## I believe the marking on the first tablet was MCNEIL 659 and it contains 50mgs of Tramadol, this is the name brand for it called Ultram. The one with OM 650 marking contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 37.5mgs of Tramadol, it's available under the brand name Ultracet. These are centrally acting analgesics, which have the potential to habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Now the only ones I can find have additional writing around the number 3, does your pill have that as well? If so, please list the complete imprint so I can ID it for you. Thanks.
